Background Investigations

Hurst Investigation Services conducts varying levels of background investigations (BI) based on the needs of the client:

Available services:

Basic Locator Report:  Residential history, possible associates and likely contact phone numbers

 

Comprehensive Report:  Residential history, possible associates, likely contact phone numbers, possible employer(s), professional licenses, and mortgage information.

 

Caveat:  All reports will have personal privacy information redacted (ie:  Dates of Birth, Social Security Information.

 

Employment Background Investigations:  Includes a comprehensive report and verification of residential addresses, educational history, as well as criminal conviction history via online resources where available.  Additionally reference checks and employment verification are conducted.

  • All background investigations for employment require the employee  complete a two part Personal History Statement, as well as voluntarily complete an information release "waiver" prior to the start of the employment background investigation.
