Background Investigations
Hurst Investigation Services conducts varying levels of background investigations (BI) based on the needs of the client:
Available services:
Basic Locator Report: Residential history, possible associates and likely contact phone numbers
Comprehensive Report: Residential history, possible associates, likely contact phone numbers, possible employer(s), professional licenses, and mortgage information.
Caveat: All reports will have personal privacy information redacted (ie: Dates of Birth, Social Security Information.
Employment Background Investigations: Includes a comprehensive report and verification of residential addresses, educational history, as well as criminal conviction history via online resources where available. Additionally reference checks and employment verification are conducted.

All background investigations for employment require the employee complete a two part Personal History Statement, as well as voluntarily complete an information release "waiver" prior to the start of the employment background investigation.
